Professor Mike Bradley talked about how powders are everywhere, but often unappreciated. From the soil we grow our crops in, to the materials we use to build our houses, the food we eat, the clothes we wear and the parts in our motor cars, almost all manufactured goods have powders in them.
This presentation showed not just the importance of powders in our lives, but also some fun with their properties - with a quick trip to the beach (without leaving the room!) and some explosive news about coffee, amongst other things!
